fulfilment of legal obligations arising from the Labour Code and other provisions of Polish labour law (art. 6.1 (c) of the GDPR).

If you apply for a position where you are to enter into an employment contract with us, to the extent set out in the Labour Code (Article 22¹) your provision of personal data is a statutory requirement and it is necessary to carry out the recruitment process. If you apply for a position under which you are to conclude a civil law contract with us, your provision of data is not mandatory, but is also necessary to carry out the recruitment process. Otherwise, the provision of data is voluntary and is not a condition for taking part in the recruitment process.

if you do not give your consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your application for the purpose of future recruitment processes, we delete your data immediately after the recruitment process for the position you applied for is terminated;
if you give your consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your application for the purpose of future recruitment processes, we store the data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than for 12 months after the recruitment process for the position you applied.
